A topical hyaluronic acid facial serum used twice daily in conjunction with sunscreen was tested clinically on forty females. The dermatologist investigator evaluated smoothness, plumping, hydration, fine lines/wrinkles, and global appearance. Corneometer® measurements and photography were performed. Additionally, facial swabbing was conducted in order to confirm an increase in topical HA. It was concluded that a topical HA facial serum formulation provides excellent skin hydration.
